Weekend Updates & Other ramblings

Run Totals :

Fri- Active Recovery 2 miles
Sat-Off but did stretch & massage session

Sun- 18.1 miles in 3:16.
Rolling course w/ 3 significant hills.

* Afterwards I felt the run. The effort was steady from just about the start, which is something I had not done in previous long runs. The idea behind this is to get my legs used to the harder pace.My feeling is that I've always made it too comfortable on myself.
After taking a long shower I basically passed out.

So this coming week is a recovery week of 3/4/4/5/3/0/9-11 miles Long Run @ Easy.

Then a week of 5/8/9/6/8/3/16 @ mostly easy , some periods of MP


So I go with my friend Tomo to Massachussetts this weekend to check his next car. He's getting
the ultimate SUV, a Mercedes ML63 AMG.

508 horsepower super SUV. Not too many cars out there can keep up with this bad boy.

He wants one in Barolo Red which is a rare color, and before he orders his, he wanted to see one in real life, and the only one around was a used one one in Framingham. It was a fun triip.

Got a chance to see the new 08 C class and other MB's.
