Cha cha ch change.....

So my race sched is getting a little altered. I was planning on this Green Isle 4 mile race last weekend,but due to re-attempting my spring marathon I opted for a quality long run with a training partner instead. Wise choice. We did 19 miles w/ some Yasso's thrown in at the last 4.

So Ocean Drive Marathon here I come ! I'm going to own you .........

56-60 F by Friday ! I can't freakin' wait ..... 100 F in the shade is what floats my boat.

BIG NEWS OF THE MONTH !!!!

My remarkably awesome daughter got her braces off last week ! I've never seen her so happy. The grill is gone ......( hummed in my best BB King impersonation )

Our place for Ironman USA is a done deal. We're splitting an amazing condo with my buddy Tomo. We stayed with him there in 05 and its real close to the Hilton and almost as big as our place last year...just not hot tub on the porch.
$ 1100.00 is a lot nicer than $ 4200.00 : )

Other daily minutae............

I played with my Cervelo P3 yesterday. Clean and lubed her up for the upcoming outdoor rides.
What a great ritual ...the Spring Tune-up !
I picked up some new training wheels for her too....Shimano 550's. They were on sale, and I took my old training wheels and put them on C's Fuji as she's getting all geeked out for her first OLy tri.

I'm training her into cover-girl shape. This month's isse of Womens HEalth is on the fridge. There's a total hottie thats ripped on the cover, and she has asked me to get her there. So I told her its going to be brutal, and no missed WO's.
In all honesty, its going to be fairly easy, as she's still in decent shape. Just a little soft in the rump area, but she's blessed with a good physique and excellent metabolism.

Nevertheless.....it should be fun watching this un-fold.
