Going to keep this short as I am tired and going to sleep soon.
Monday- Long Swim- 65 mins + 4 mile run
Tues- 65 mile ride + 15 min t-run
Wed- OFF Day
Today- 100.2 miles 16.2 mph avg 6:09 total time on a semi-hilly course. BIG Confidence boost for me !!!!!!!!!! + 20 min T-Run.
Thats 2 century rides in a week, going for a 3rd on Sunday.
Tomorrow is a long run of 13 miles + 65 min swim.
Overall I'm feeling strong. Weighed in at 179 lbs yesterday. BF is at 8%., still 5"11. Eating well and getting enough rest.
My bike is getting worn out! : (
Probably will need a new chain ,cables and crankset soon.
