The Last Post..........

Today was my 3rd 100+ mile ride in 8 days. Kinda brutal as my legs just aren't fresh anymore.

We decided to pull out all the stops and create our own version of the Alp Du Huez, or at least the poorman's edition.

We ended up climbing up to the visitors center of Mt Greylock, the highest peak in Mass. Unfortunately the roads were closed for repair, but we got in 45 % of the ride.

From there we decided to go to Williamstown to get on Rt.2 to Petersburg Pass. This went on and on all the way back into New York. From there we made a pitstop at the Stewarts in Grafton then climbed this insane 3 mile hill that according to Googlemaps went from 2700Ft to 6ooo ft. Could have used a 27 tooth today.

So all in all I feel great about my bike build. 2 more long rides like this and I'll nail my training goals.

Also, I've decided to pull the plug on my blog until after Placid. Going underground so to speak.

So to all my peeps out there....train hard and safe and we'll see you down the road.

Bien Venue !

Hasta la vista !

Bon Giorno!

Later dudes!
