Yummy Stuff

I think I've found the perfect healthy meal that is so delicious and easy to make....I can live on this stuff.

I'm calling it - This is Turkey ?

Ingredients-

1.5 lbs ground turkey 85/15 mix
olive oil
1 packet of Schilling or Lawry's Original Taco mix powder
Brown rice ( parboiled)

Brown the turkey after the pan is hot w/ olive oil. Add the entire pack of Taco mix and continue to cook on medium. Add a little water for some sauce.Cook time is 25-30 mins.

Serve over the brown rice.

For variety you can add onions, shredded carrots and potatoes to this mix, but plain rocks !

Todays workout:

10.5 mile easy run.
35 min swim- drills: 300yds pull/5x50 on 1:30/6x100 easy on 45 secs/2x50 breast/200yd cool down

My hR feels a little elevated, not quite sure why....maybe too much salt in my proteins. I thought the 2 week cycle down would make me feel really rested.my legs are,but my aerobic capacity seems on the heavy side. Perhaps, I need to ramp up slower....so nothing over 45 mins for the next 3 runs.

Got my new car, an Audi a6. Its awesome !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
