Swim Focus Week


Monday-3000 SCY- Aet swim
Tuesday-3500 SCY-1000 WU/5x100 @ 1:35-40/3x200/2x500/4x100 CD
Wed-4250 SCY-2000 aet swim/2250 form drills

Bike:

Monday- Mtb 23 miles after swim
Tues-OFF bike


Run:

Wed: 5.5 miles

This has been a good easy week so far. Caught up on some massage & stretching as well as getting some mandatory rest&recovery.

I've got a big week starting Monday as my prep towards Mooseman and Epicman continue.

This entails 300 miles for the bike+50 miles run+ 10K yds for the swim.

Less than 10 weeks to go for IMLP.
