


Where I'm At...........
Double post day.
So I ramped up a little this week after taking 6 days totally off.
Mon- 3 mile run
Tue- 3 mile run+30 min Swim+19 mile bike all at Zn 1.5 - 2' ish
Wed-35 min swim drills
Today- 7.8 mile run at Easy for 5 then least 2 at Steady. Excellent effort! I feel great.
I decided to go ahead and race Lake George w/ Tomo and Chris G. Should be fun.
Feeling lean and semi- fresh again. Finally !
Funny how I lost almost 5 lbs while not doing anything. Why is that ? Even caught up on some beer drinking and Ice Cream. Yummy !
