Fall Riding

Got a chance to take out my MtB today since it was going to be a mild day.
C and I took the Old Chatham back roads and revelled in this awesome Fall light !

I'm trying to set up my 07 race calendar. If I don't get a chance to do Ironman USA again, my 2 main races will most likely be Musselman 70.3 and Tupper Lake Tinman.

In between races will be a few New England sprint tri's and the Lake George Olympic tri.It would be cool to repeat at Timberman in August, but that all depends on getting into Placid or not.

The Albany Winter Marathon in Feb is where I'll most likely start my season. Lonely ass race, but its cheap and its close by. Doing Houston is just to pricey for a not so great marathon.

I like what I read this morning on Gordo's blog. He's capping all his training sessions at 148bpms. Smart move.
I know I peaked too early once again this year. Pleateaus are easy to hit when you're racing during training.

Humility and Patience is the game plan for 07. Fitness and Speed come from years of consistency. Put the time in and your plans for getting Rock Star fit will follow.

Anyways..........RUN focus is where I'm at. Its going well and I'm loving it.
