This group of three are from my La Familia series which spans about 10 years.

We all know how time just seems to fly by. If you live in the East coast , the changing seasons further speed up this process. Do you ever wish for things to just stand still for a while ?

I do.

I guess thats why I'm looking at older proof sheets as of late. They're my touchstones.

So....its Friday last day of June, yesterdays training went well. I ran in a thunderstorm..lots of lightning....it felt like I ran and starred in my own Nike commercial .

It looks to be a great weather day, which is a rarity this June, so I'll run some errands, spend some time with my daughter....then sneak in a bike.
