What A Day !!!!


Yesterday was certainly a high water mark in my life. My wonderful daughter Amanda graduated
with High Honors !

She is my pride and joy . Easiest kid to have raised, doesn't ask for much and is so brilliant in all aspects.

One of her amazing qualities is her talent for music. She plays both the Piano and Clarinet in the school Jazz Band. She's competed in NYSMA and scored in the top 5 % of all kids her age in the state of New York...for both instruments !

What else.......she's an awesome swimmer(sub 30 sec 50 Free and improving) Varsity swim. Varsity Track, and JV Soccer.

To her credit, she's already competed in 1 triathlon (Timber Kids,NH) and 2 5K's.

I feel very blessed to have her in my life, and it was a very emotional day for me yesterday.

Our dear friends Brian and Laurie Kelly joined us for a pre grad dinner at the Carolina House and later Mandy went to a party.

All in all it was a memorable day.

Even managed a 1 hr treadmill run that was fantastic to get thru w/o any knee pain.

Back on track and looking forward to todays swim and bike brick at Queechy Lake with my pal Jimmy Grott-aka Big Jim. The guys over 200 lbs and he ran a 46min 10K a few months ago.
